We were on vacation in Palm Desert recently and I broke off a front tooth while eating a bone in rib eye steak at dinner. I called friends who live in the area and they recommended Dr. Jorgensen. He works a few nights a week in his office in Palm Desert. Luckily he was in the office the night in question and got me in quickly. Shortly thereafter I had a temporary. Ten days later I have the permanent tooth in place and couldn't be more pleased. The experience was painless and you cannot tell anything happened. I generally don't like making recommendations for many different reasons but in this case I would feel very comfortable recommending Dr. Jorgensen and his friendly and knowlegable staff. I was in trouble breaking off a front tooth while on vacation and he came through for me. Thanks Doc!

This dental office is wonderful! From Sally who answers the phone, to Morgan is the BEST tech to ever clean my 67 year old teeth to Dr Jorgensen who is not only knowledgeable and professional but also kind, I would highly recommend this office. The Covid procedures were completely followed as was the transparency of procedures, future needs, and billing. I was an emergency patient with no insurance yet they treated me with concern for my troubles and empathy for my situation. I am so very thankful to have found this dental office.

I've been seeing Dr. Jorgensen since I moved to Palm Springs six years ago. I've had regular check-ups, cleanings and some minor repair work. Last year my lower front teeth started to bother me. They were sensitive and a little loose. The doctor told me that from aging I had some bone loss and the gums were receding. He said we could let it go a while and see what happens. But the condition worsened. He recommended removal of those teeth and having implants. His office worked with my insurance carrier on a payment schedule. I moved ahead with the extractions. The doctor prescribed pain meds but honestly there was minimal pain and all I used was Tylenol. I had sutures for a few weeks until the area healed. The doctor took his time to make sure everything was ready before he put in the crowns. It took a few months from start to finish. The office staff was great to work with and concerned on every visit. So far it's amazing how good the implants look and feel.

I recently visited Dr. Jorgensen as a new patient. He was excellent in my treatment, explaining the procedure and completing his work with no discomfort. His staff is very friendly, professional, and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Jorgensen for any of your dental needs.
