Dentist & practice founder
Jay Jorgensen, DDS
With more than 20 years of experience, Dr. Jorgensen combines clinical skill and an artistic eye to create personalized treatment plans for every patient.
Care Grounded in Experience
Over his career, Dr. Jorgensen has performed thousands of cosmetic and surgical procedures, each with individual needs and goals. He actively pursues relevant continuing education so he can provide patients with current information and thoughtful care.

Community Service
Dr. Jorgensen founded Return A Smile, a nonprofit committed to helping survivors of domestic abuse. He served on the Palm Springs Chamber of Commerce board from 1999 to 2003 and the Desert AIDS Project board from 2003 to 2009. He also volunteered as the lead dental professional helping establish the Desert AIDS Project Dental Clinic, which opened in 2008.

Office Manager
Debbie Miller
With more than 30 years in dentistry—from Registered Dental Assistant to office management—Debbie is a knowledgeable patient advocate and clear, compassionate communicator. Her leadership and quick wit bring confidence and warmth to patients and staff alike.
Outside the office, Debbie paints desert landscapes, hikes, travels, and supports animal rescue efforts.
Lead RDA & Back Office Manager
Maria Sanchez
Maria brings more than 15 years of dental experience to her role. Her calm, organized approach and extensive procedural knowledge help create a seamless, reassuring environment for patients and team members.
She enjoys traveling with her husband, visiting national parks, spending time with family, and caring for animals.
Hygienist
Kerri Rosa
With more than 16 years in the dental field, Kerri leads our hygiene team with clinical expertise, a gentle touch, and an unwavering commitment to patient care.
Her thoughtful approach and passion for oral health help patients feel calm, welcomed, and confident throughout their visits.
Front Office Administrator
Sally Voyne
Sally is a skilled registered nurse who brings warmth, professionalism, and medical knowledge to our front office. Her clear communication helps patients feel heard, supported, and informed from the moment they arrive.
Beyond the practice, Sally enjoys fitness, the outdoors, and spending time with animals—especially dogs.

Kathy Woodson
Kathy is a valued member of our hygiene team, helping patients maintain healthy smiles through attentive preventive care.
Dental Assistant
Mariah Gutierrez
Mariah brings more than six years of dental assisting experience, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to patient care. She listens carefully and communicates clearly so patients feel understood and at ease.
She is a devoted wife and mother, serves as a youth leader in her faith community, and enjoys staying active and exploring new hobbies.
Hygienist
Jill Anderson
Jill is known for thorough care, a compassionate approach, and a commitment to patient education. She helps patients understand oral hygiene and feel at ease during treatment.
Outside work, Jill enjoys family trips to Disneyland, camping, off-road adventures, and time with her three dogs and cat.
Dental Assistant
Riley Jorgensen
A Palm Springs native, Riley brings two years of hands-on dental assisting training and a steady, friendly presence to the practice. He is currently continuing his education through BYU–Idaho Online.
Riley enjoys sports, gaming, and collecting sports and Pokémon cards. His work ethic and easygoing personality make him a reassuring presence for patients and colleagues.
